RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
JUST A LITTLE NOTE BESPOKE INVITATIONS AND STATIONERY
As our customer, it is very important that you are satisfied with your purchase with Just A Little Note Ltd, but in the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your stationery, please contact me immediately and I will do everything I can to rectify the problem.
If an error is on my behalf, in the first instance I will seek to complete your order within the agreed timescales and to your satisfaction. If you wish to cancel an order you must notify Helen Morgan in writing immediately, quoting your custom listing, to email@example.com
If Just A Little Note Ltd is notified by this way prior to your first proof being produced, a full refund will be given. If you cancel after proofs have been produced and files sent to the printers, no refunds or exchanges will be allowed, as all orders are personalised with your individual details and could not be resold.
Please double proof your design. I will not refund any design - digital or printed, once approved by you. Please remember that the color of the final product may be off a little due to monitor screen color adjustments, the variety of printing processes and printing materials.
If you are unhappy with the quality of your product. I will be happy to work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution.
It's impossible to return a digital image. There are no refunds on digital images. For that reason, please contact me with any questions you may have before the purchase. I'll be glad to help you out any way I can. If you have a problem with the file, please do not hesitate to contact me. I'm always willing to help.
HARRY & HARRIET CARDS RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the dame condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
